FCCLA STAR Events
FCCLA members participated in Region 3 STAR Events in Schuyler County on Monday, January 10. STAR stands for Students Taking Action with Recognition. These are competitive events that focus on projects that develop leadership skills. The following members competed:
Sophia Speichinger/Ella Brown - Gold Rating - Advance to State
Emma Meyer/Avery Lentz - Gold Rating - Advance to State
Ruby Willis - Silver Rating
Quince Ostermann - Silver Rating
Three members attended as student volunteers: Chelsea Ostermann, Sam Parris, Lily Willis. To celebrate a successful day, the group stopped at Dairy Queen for a sweet treat.
