FCCLA Region 3 Meeting
NW FCCLA attended the Region 3 FCCLA meeting on Thursday, October 14. Sophie Speichinger helped lead the group as a Region 3 Officer. The members enjoyed listening to the keynote speaker, Miss Missouri Callie Cox. MO Special Olympics also presented information about the organization and encouraged chapters to participate in the Polar Plunge Challenge this winter. (Stay tuned for more info in January) The chapter participated in the nametag and banner competition, bringing home 3rd place banner. Following the meeting, the chapter ate lunch and delicious desserts at Ashlee's Apple Basket Cafe in Macon.
